Not perfect but useful.
After few months of using my Dreem 2 headband I can say: it is not perfect but quite useful and as far I know better than the competition.
Why not perfect?
The Dreem App needs in my opinion some improvements because currently the figures presented on the first page of your daily sleep report do not match with the figures presented on the second page of the same report.
Examples:
- The sleep onset time on the "Quality" tab does not correspond to the "wake" time presented on the graph on the "Stages" tab.
- There is often a discrepancy between the "awakenings duration" on the "Quality" tab and "wake" time on the "Stages" tab.
- The number of position changes is even less accurate.
Nevertheless I'm still convinced, that the Dreem 2 headband is the most accurate sleep tracker currently available in the market and recommend it to everyone, who want to learn more about his/her sleep.
The product is not cheap but it is worth its price.
